To download the transcript of a chat conversation:

1. Click on the participant's username (indicated by the red oval) to open the conversation window

2. Hover the mouse on Save button (indicated by the red oval)

3. The Save chat window pops up

4. Click on Generate file! (indicated by the red oval) and wait for one minute

5. The Download file! message (indicated by the red oval) appears. Click on Download file!

6. The following window pops up

7. Click on Save (indicated by the red oval)

8. The following window pops up

9. Click on Open (indicated by the red oval)

10. The contents of the downloaded chat log can be seen

11. You have successfully downloaded a chat log
