To access Rainmail web based chat facility:

  1. Login to Rainmail Groupware using your username and password
  2. The Start Page appears. Click on the Text IM tab (indicated by the red oval)

  1. The interactive chat page appears

  1. The list of friends and their online/offline status can be seen (indicated by the red oval)

  1. You are successfully logged in to Rainmail Web chat
